Won't let me give less than 1 star or I would. This was only my second time taking my children to this office and both times were absolutely horrible! First off I do not read, write, or speak Spanish but they would only give me the consent for treatment form in Spanish. Every time I have gone there people at the front desk have been very rude and have major attitudes. They ask you to be there 15 minutes before your appointment our appointment was at 10:20am we were still waiting to be seen after 11am, we did not leave till 12pm! Ive never had to wait so long at the doctors office and normally all 4 of my kids are being seen at once this time they were only seeing 2! There is also a language barrier I normally have no problem understanding someone with an accent but almost all of the people I spoke to at this office I had a hard time understanding and sometimes they didn't even know the English word for what they were trying to say. They also were trying to tell us we could not leave until my one son got better even though his vitals were perfect as I watched them take them multiple times and I work in the medical field where I take vital signs multiple times on a daily basis so I know what I'm looking at. Overall just a horrible office will definitely be doing the hour drive to our old doctors office in New Holland from now on.

I have to say the nurse once you go in they are nice, that is the only positive about this place. They schedule you at a certain time I have to wait for a very long time!. 😒😡. Need somewhere else to go.

I give 4 out of 5 because of the employees whom work in the facility are kind, respectful, and ethical. As far as the Doctors go. I been with Welsh mountain Medical for 4 years now, the high demand of turn overs that walk in and out of the facility is outrageous. Something should be implemented so the high turn over of Dr. are lowered. Gives us patient some sense of comfort to know we can rely on seeing a familiar face.

Dentist Joy brown and her assistant are wonderful people to go to when to get dental check ups and teeth cleaning. They are wonderful with our children too. Very patient. Very nice. And never in a rush. Also, my doctor Matthew Johnson is a good person. He listens to your problems and needs of my health. Very smart too!!! Thank you Welsh mountain for bringing these three people into the company ♡♡♡ Tabitha Dove-Zimmerman

This is the worst doctors office in lebanon. I will be leaving and finding a better place for me and my daughter
