While the provider himself appears to be knowledgeable, his office staff is all around incompetent and can't deliver on the simplest of commitments. I've had to call then over 7 times since the beginning of the new year, and my call has only been returned twice, neither of which resolved my issue.

I'm a new patient, been waiting to see the Dr 30 minutes in waiting room and 30 minutes so far in exam room. I wonder if this Dr would wait 60 minutes for anything.Very unnerving and totally unprofessional!

I absolutely recommend this dr I met him for the 1st time tonight and he He was the best ER doctor I've ever had. I hate going to newton hospital b/c normally they run a million unnecessary test and have you waiting forever in the ER. But he diagnosed my problem within minutes and sent me home with antibiotics. And for someone like me who has no insurance that was medical care at its absolute best. I will never forget him and pray if I ever go back there again that he is my dr.

I came in to the ER around 4:30am I was seen by dr brutico within 15 minutes of arriving, I was diagnosed and treated within 45 minutes- great guy, knowledgable, polite, kind and quick!!! Thank you! Highly recommend

He has no bedside manner. Treated my husband and then never spoke to me about what to expect! Called me at home to discuss surgery while we were staying in the hospital awaiting discharge.Only able to speak with office staff when I called, never got to speak with the doctor personally.Wouldn't use him again
