Mohammad F Khan's Online Review Report Card

My mom has gone to the clinic when she was alive and now I am a patient of Dr. Khan and I would recommend him to anyone. He is great with his patience. He knows what he's doing and knows the heart very well.

Dr Kahn was our referral for a family member during an emergency. He was wonderful doctor, Patient, kind, great communication skills. He took care of my loved one and we walked away with a great appreciation and respect for Dr Kahn amd his staff!

Dr. Kahn took a lot of time to interview me. I felt as though he was compassionate yet intelligent. His "bedside manner," as well as his staff's treatment of me, made me comfortable and trusting.

Dr. Khan's office personnel is not exactly truthful with clients. I like Cathy very much as a Doctor, and Dr. Khan also..But some of the staff, I am not real pleased with. I took in the completed paperwork, to get a disabled tag, until i can get over this shortness of breath, and being unable to walk the longer distances into the stores I have to go to. I totally understood, that I would leave paperwork, and that it would be ready for pick up the next day..So I made my appt with DMV for early afternoon of the next day. Just in case, I contacted the office in the AM, to verify paperwork was ready for pick up. I was told that the person that does this, is out of office today, which is Thursday and would not be back until next week. I asked why i was told it would be ready this morning, and no one could answer that question. All that is required is a signature of the doctor..I used to work for a doctor, and when a signature was needed, we were instructed to take to doctor between patients, and have it signed..and contact patient immediately to let them know paperwork was at front desk and ready for pick up.. Now, I am having to cancel the DMV appt, and make another, which is late next week. This also means that I have to continue to disturb my Daughter to run these errands for me, for another week, as I am unable to do them on my own, having to park so far from the front doors. like the pharmacies, and like the grocery store.I just feel that the office could be better organized when it comes to paperwork needing completed..

Had my first appt with Dr. Khan today, and found him to be kind and relatable. I was very comfortable with him, and did not feel judged as one can with some physicians. It happens that I'm afraid of the meds which are considered best practice in treating my condition; this clearly frustrated Dr. Khan, as he certainly cares, just as with other doctors with whom I've had this issue. The difference is that he retained his noble attitude, wasn't dismissive, and didn't lose my confidence in his care.He explained things very clearly, adding insights, and cut to the chase in directing my concerns, allaying unnecessary fears and lending focus to my perception of the matter.Now I'm motivated to read up more on that medication, and think it through some more. Meantime, he has provided important reassurance, and enhanced my understanding of this important health matter.

Dr. Khan is one of the nicest Doctor I have ever met, he is the example of how a doctor suppose to be, his bedside manner is impeccable, he is wonderful and kind. great staff, I am very very satisfied with my sevice

I have been going there for 2 years. I have seen Dr. Kahn one time. It was on my first visit all he did was stare at the computer and talked to it instead of me! I asked him if he thought I had RA He looked at my hands and squeezed them and said yes. I said oh you can tell that easily. And he said hatefully I do this every d*** day! . This was my first visit to a RA doctor, but I have never been treated so rude! He acted like I was nothing and not worth his attention. Everytime I have went back I see a PA. different ones. All she does is look at my hands, when I try to tell her about where else I hurt she just ignores me. She prescribed me Methtr. and told me it was in a shot form. When I picked it up from the pharmacy I just got the vials of medicine no syringes or needles. I didn't know if I was to go buy them or what. Come to find out the nurse didn't even call them in. I had to google how to give my self a shot. It would have been nice if they would have explained it to me. When I tell her about my OA she said she would refer me to a pain management Dr. Guess what she hasn't. I do not trust her. I am in the process of looking for a new doctor. This is the first time I ever left a review about a doctor.

Tiffany is the rudest receptionist I have ever dealt with. She insisted that SHE review my EKG from the hospital before moving my appointment up sooner. She is practicing medicine without a license but that is an issue for the medical board. Dr. Khan would be wise to dump this self-serving idiot before he gets HIS license in jeopardy.

I will never go to this man again! I was admitted to the hospital with chest pains, & with having a pacemaker they were concerned with my heart. He preformed a angiogram & I felt like I was being tortured!! He was brutal!! I was crying begging him to stop!! I asked him if he hated me? This man has absolutely no empathy & I felt he enjoyed causing me great pain!! I swear to God if he was the last heart Dr on this earth, I would not go to him! Please BEWARE!!!

I would disagree about the arrogance that others describe. As a person who has lived in many cultures, I would describe him as straight-forward. I will say that the attention I get varies, probably based on the difficulties and demands of previous patients that day. Dr Khan is caring, and has admonished me to come in sooner than my next appointment if I am in pain.
