If you want another terrible St. Lukes office HERE you go!! The staff just views your messages and never responds, you are stuck in peril as the CRNP doesn't respond to anything and wants an office visit which takes months to get and then nothing comes of it! Better off just prescribing yourself something you can be a St. Lukes doctor too! If I had any advice GO to a Lehigh Valley Doctor!!!!

If I could give less than 1 star i would! Worst experience I've ever had with a medical center/professionals. Refused to prescribe me more than 1 month of my asthma medications forcing me to arrange a visit once a month for refills. On top of that for 3 months straight they sent the wrong/incomplete prescriptions to the pharmacy which I need to prevent me from being on a breathing machine. Had to return to the office every single time because no one answers the phone at the office EVER. Family doctor McGinley is never in the office so you will be pawned off to a doctor Patel, who also reflects the poor quality of this medical establishment!

My husband had to be rechecked by a Dr after recovering from a broken rib. We really liked Dr Patel but the person that checked us out was rude. We need to pick a new Dr in the area since we moved and because of that rude person we are thinking of a different office.

The doctors are great but they have a nurse there that is very rude. I just left that office and switched to a new office because of a nurse. She doesn't know how to properly speak to people over the phone and has a bad attitude. Will not be going back.

Our family has had nothing but great experiences with Dr. McGinley and his staff. They have always gotten us in quickly when it was needed. Our wait time is never long. The staff are helpful and pleasant. Dr. McGinley has always been very good at getting to the root of the problems and explaining them to us. He has always been great with our children and can relate to them well. We have trust in him and are glad to have found such a great local family doctor.
