Angels On Call has Amazing staff, they were caring about their caregivers.Their clients on the other hand they take advantage of you as much as they can. Most of them don’t need you for ADL’S. The majority of the clients I was assigned was to clean their hole house. I was assigned 3-4 hours for every client. I had to bathe, take them to the restroom, ect for 1 hour, the rest of the 3 hours I was cleaning, scrubbing toilets, mopping floors, cleaning the left over mess by the clients family. I had the worst experience instead of learning new skills for my future career they were teaching me how to be a maid. If my clients wanted their house to be clean they should hire a maid instead of taking advantage of a CAREGIVERIf I wanted to be a maid I would of applied as a housekeeper, they pay more than 10$ an hour.If you’re looking for a job that actually teaches and trains you for basic nursing skills THIS IS NOT THE PLACE.

What an excellent place to work! This company truly values their employees and provides amazing care to the individuals they serve. Office staff go above and beyond to ensure that each client is treated as an individual and has what is needed to ensure that they can remain living independently in the community with whatever supports are necessary. I would highly recommend!!

We had a great aide but she had health issues and couldn’t care for my mom anymore, after 8 months. The people that filled in for her were mostly terrible in one way or another. One lady talked non-stop so it took her an extra hour to do the work.

Angels on Call is is my 2nd agency that I have used.I have had 4 aides in 1 month sent to my home from Angels on Call.My care plan includes helping with bathes, grocery shopping, laundry and light housework.With not having the same aide on a regular basis, I have had to eliminate the task of grocery shopping.Dirty dishes in the sink and laundry in the washer and dryer are not taken care of. These aides are lazy.These aides are very unprofessional. They don't wear gloves and they don't wash their handsThis aide that I have now, brought fleas into my home.I will be filing a complaint with the Governor's office.
