Dr. Herbst is always compassionate, gentle and understanding! I have been his patient for almost eight years and I would not want to go anywhere else for eye care. Dr. Herbst is very knowledgeable about my particular visual situation. I feel encouraged after each appointment. He has a great sense of humor too, which is important.

I called the office thinking I had a real problem. Lori listened to my details and scheduled an appointment for the next morning. Ivy listened to my details, asked clarifying questions and prepared me for my eye examination. Dr. Herst asked and attentively listened then thoroughly examined my eyes using several methods and asking more questions. Dr. Herbst eventually eliminated my fears and we agreed on the probable cause/solution. My concern was taken seriously and the Team worked toward resolution. I highly recommend Dr Herbst and his Team for great care of your eyes.
