I paid my first visit to see Dr. Brunozzi. Weeks after the visit, I got a call from one of the staff members stating that my upcoming appointment is canceled because they are "out-of-network". I knew this was impossible because I found them via my insurance company, and I asked them ahead of my visit if they were in-network. The young lady on the phone confirmed that they were. However, this other person did not listen to a thing I said. In fact, she was more interested in forcing the point that I would be billed and that my appointment was canceled. She lacked empathy and basic listening skills. When I received the bill, I called my insurance company and they found an administrative error and said that the doctor would be paid in full once the error was corrected. The doctor's billing staff should have done a better job at checking all things out before calling me with this nonsense. Unprofessional, and rude!

Doctor Brunozzi is by far the best, most thorough doctor I have had in 50+ yrs. Knowledgeable. Not a pill pusher. The office staff is so friendly and courteous. If you live in the area, choose Doctor B

Dr Brunozzi is a Great Dr!! We have been going to see him for about 15 years now. Unfortunately our experience with his staff has not been the greatest! Lately they have been rude, they have accidentally canceled appointments, there has been no compassion at all to what your going through. It’s a shame great Drs there but you have to get past the front desk first!
