Bucks Family Medicine's Online Review Report Card

I’ve been a patient here for years & they have always taken great care of me. I recently had an issue with insurance coverage & Candice fought for me to get my needed medication. I couldn’t be happier with the help I’ve received from this staff. Highly recommend using them for PCP services.

Dr. Lewis is the most patient, empathetic doctor we know. He always takes time to talk and explain things in layman's terms and he is funny. My mother who can sometimes be a difficult 86 year old loves him.

I have been a patient with this practice for over 30 years and have never had an issue. I’ve seen many doctors and met many staff members during this time and have always been treated with friendliness and respect. Never have had an issue getting an appointment or receiving a call back when needed. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Thanks to ALL of you but especially Dr Lewis, Candace and Laura! **********

They love dismissing concerns, telling you they can provide a service when booking an appointment and then switching it up once you actually arrive to the office. Also insane charges (without itemization) when you are given no service other than basic taking of weight and blood pressure, and being told no one can help you after talking to someone for 5 minutes even though you waited 45+ minutes to be seen. Another favorite solution of this office is suggesting you to "lose weight" for whatever your ailment is, despite the fact I have always maintained an average weight for my height. Don't waste your time or money on this office and seek help elsewhere, because the doctors here are useless.

This review is in regards to Bridget. I cannot say enough about how she treats and speaks to her patients. The empathy she shows is top notch! Her compassion is of upmost importance to her patients, which was truly displayed when she called me to figure out what happened to me yesterday. She explained everything in a way only she can! She is truly a God send! I want to thank her for everything!

This practice is the best. The staff and Doctors are so caring! Sometimes you may have to wait - but it is well worth it! They deal with a lot of patients and everyone gets the proper care they need. I give Bucks Family Medicine and my Dr. Lewis Fifty Stars!

Dr. Karishma is absolutely amazing! She's down to earth and she really listens. She never rushes through my appointments and in my opinion goes above and beyond. This is the best practice around.

Where do I start? The whole staff is tremendous! Very welcoming and patient literally patient. I really want to give a special shout out to one of the MA’s Kita🤎. Wish there were more like her in this world. Keep up the good work🩺

I have been going to this practice since I was born and now I’ve been taking my daughter since I brought her home from the hospital, as well. If my daughter is sick, we always call and get a same day appointment if necessary. Shaquita is usually the person to bring us back and she is always very nice and asks for any concerns we have. The doctors and PAs are very knowledgeable and it never feels like we’re in there too long but everything is still thoroughly addressed.

The staff named Kita. It’s always very helpful. I think she should get an award for all her helpfulness kindness and always willing to go extra and above and beyond for her job and the patient in the office.
