It was by chance I ended up seeing Dr. Ulbrecht at Capital Health, but am so thankful. Dr. Mark fully cares about the "whole" individual, listens intently to patient needs, and provides solutions that make a difference. I have NEVER felt rushed, he is ultra-responsive in the portal and has excellent communication skills so you as a patient feel "heard". This style of medicine actually uncovered a health issue that would have likely taken YEARS to diagnose but Dr. Ulbrecht took the time to investigate the case, order the right labs and connect me with the right specialist. He truly works WITH you to better your health.

Dr. Ulbrecht is an excellent doctor. He treats his patients with respect and takes his time to listen. His whole staff is very courteous and nice. Definitely recommend this doctor to everyone. Will definitely be coming back. Mr. Lal

I was looking for a new PC and I found dr Ulbrecht. Today was my very first visit the staff was wonderful, I missed my first appointment and they were very understanding. There was no waiting time, don’t get me started on how articulate the dr was. This is the very first time that I felt that someone understood the pain I was going through and sympathize with me. The doctor was very caring he went through all the details & was very understanding, the fact that he gave me guarantee that I can call the office at anytime was an A+ I am going to recommend him to everyone I know. Today was the very first time I felt hopeful & relief that I’m going to get the right treatment. Thank you guys so much for making me feel at home.

Dr. Ulbrecht has been my physician for a few years now. He is an extremely knowledgeable doctor. I have had some very serious medical problems and he has helped me through all of them. He is very caring, compassionate and he really takes the time to talk to you and explain things in a way that I could understand. He is a great listener and if he doesn't have the answer at that time, he does the research and gets back to me. When I leave a phone message or an email message he always responds in a timely fashion. He is very genuine and I know he is passionate about his work and sometimes you don't find that in a doctor. I appreciate him very much and I am moving right along with him in the new practice. I am truly thankful that he is my physician.

Dr. Ulbrect left his last practice in July 2020 without properly notifying all of his patients. My father was suddenly left without prescriptions and referrals to specialists. He had to scramble to find a new PCP and go without his needed medications. Yes, you read that correctly, a diabetic had to go without insulin because Mark Ulbrect left his practice and did not properly notify his patients. The way he runs the business side of his practice is extremely unprofessional.

Dr. Ulbrecht was my physician for several years. He recently changed locations and is too far for me to travel. He was an exceptional physician and I will really miss him. I highly recommend him.

Dr Ulbrecht is dependable, informative and truly dedicated. I have been his patient for about 2 years at his practice in Springhouse PA. I felt comfortable with him right from the git go. I am looking forward to continue to see him at his new location in Levittown PA. It will be a longer drive for me, but I am not going to sacrifice my past relationship and an ongoing of his familiarity with my health. If you are reading this, I think that speaks for itself! Dr. Ulbrecht is not only a fine doctor but a fine person. He's interested and caring regarding his patients, and stays in close touch when necessary. He is never too busy to offer the time needed for a complete and satisfying visit. Several members of my family are now seeing Dr. Ulbrecht, on my recommendation. I was recently informed that Abington Jefferson is transferring this office to another practice and the doctor will no longer be there. Assuming he is in the area, I will be seeing him elsewhere.
