Most incompetent people. They billed my insurance incorrectly and I am still fighting with them when I visited in September 2020. They billed me for two flu shots when I only received one and billed the wrong insurance even though I provided my insurance card. Been on the phone with Jefferson health AND my insurance provider (multiple times) and Aria still can’t send the bill properly. Now they are sent my bill to collections even though I keep calling to try to straighten out their mistake!!! Beware!!!

Dr. Malamud has been my doctor for 16 years. Doctor is great and funny staff is terrific. They are busy so you book your appointment well in advance, they are great at dealing with tests or referrals.

Been going here for over 25yrs. I go in yearly for check ups. It's been approx. 10mos since check up. I have a sinus cold, 5 days,, yellow mucus, cough, slight fever100.4. I need a antibiotic to knock it out,, calling before weekend sets in to have something phoned in,, pretty normal. Nope . Was told we haven't seen you in awhile, make appt to come in or go to urgent care,,,,I'm working and wont be able to be seen til next week.. Guess I'll transfer records to urgent care,,, Really aggravated. So basically comes down to the money.Go in, pay copays, have your insurance billed 300.00 then get a script for amoxicillin or something and pay 10.00. Ugh!

Dr. Darnell is great but trying to get through the office is horrible. I waited 5 minutes and I was still on hold. May have to find a new dr. 🤔
