No none interaction with this company and suddenly a collections company is putting a collection notice on the credit bureaus. Shady and shadier business practices. Never received as much as a bill from them for me to even know to dispute anything. Will be filing with PA Attorney General, suggest everyone else does too.

Just like every review out there, I received a statement about a data breach. Sad to see that bullying review calling out a person’s name below when this sounds more like a a COMPANY-WIDE issue. Do better- maybe change your name to try to hide all the shadiness of this business.

The worst company I have ever had to deal with. Today I received a letter informing me that all my wife's information along with her medical record was stolen, on Friday I going to talk with my lawyer.

Sent me to collections for $15 with no prior warning or attempts to let me know this was owed. For $15, really? Absolutely disgusting.

So recently received the data breach letter and I had been seen a few times for xrays and cardiologist appts. Now I know my rights and the hipa laws definitely stress can not share patient information. And now I've had my identity used to open bank accounts I was never at or used in my life. My credit card was hacked and used. All my info is just out there. And you send a letter telling me you will monitor my credit for 12 months for free then 9.95 after the 12 months. Someone better figure out what patient info of mine is now for everybody and I want money peridot. For what all this is about to cause. My personal med records. Come on. I'm contacting my attorney

Quantum Imaging needs to get their act together after reading other reviews and after my own experience with them. They sent an amount to collections that they said I owed, even though it was paid for by my insurance originally. After contacting my insurance company, they had to reach out to Quantum and show them proof it was paid, and then Quantum agreed that they just could not find the record of it being paid at first, even though it was actually paid. This is totally unacceptable to be sending balances to collections for people that don't even owe them money, potentially affecting people's credit. Absolutely ridiculous, what a joke of a company!

I have been call to ask questions about my bill but it’s either a long hold time or they are closed at 9 am because the billing dept works Mountain time. Super annoying
