I loved working for CRI in Lewisburg. It is the best job I’ve ever had. They treated me with kindness and compassion from the moment I started working there. The job makes you feel like you have a purpose and are doing good work. The staff appreciates and recognizes the work you put in and that is hard to find in most employers. CRI does whatever they can do accommodate their clients and employees. I would highly recommend them for employment or as a resource for someone needing their services.

I love my job and I am proud to work for CRI. The management actually listen to ideas from people at any level and work as a team to try to make things easier. The communication is great. The consumers are always thought about before the bottom line of money. Everyone is treated with respect. The pay is not the best but it is about the same as the other in home care agencies in the area and they do review and possibly give a raise yearly, some agencies do not. There are also incentives such as PCA of the month, above and beyond and others that allow you to win prizes or money, monthly 50/50 where you can win money as well.

They don't screen employees and they hire trash that steal and rip off the elderly!! Beware if they send Jamie Council to your loved ones home.. She stole from my great gram started with small things food.. stamps. . Tissues. . Now we discovered today she's missing nearly $3,000!! She was reported to CRI and they continued sending her back.. wait until she comes back next time!!

Not sure what others like Kristen Wingert experienced but in my own experience, as a consumer, I never saw anything but the highest level of professionalism and use of sound judgement. CRI, especially Beverly Davis-Migliacchio, went above and beyond to stand by my family and myself, to find us help when we lost everything in a flood just days after I woke from a coma, and to protect us after the death of my wife when her parents tried to claim my disability meant our infant child couldn't be cared for by myself. They truly fought for our right to be independent. I'd recommend CRI to anyone. I don't know what it's like to work FOR them... but I know what it's like to be on that lonely narrow limb, looking around you, fearing you'll fall... and find these dedicated professionals have your back. There really aren't words for that. I'd give them a 6 out of 5 possible stars.
