Dr. Patel was very caring, competent and thorough. She patiently fielded all of my questions and explained medical tests and procedures clearly. She is a real asset.

NEVER returns calls or messages. NEVER follows up. I have to keep calling and calling to discuss test results I see online. Changed my meds and never told me. I kept taking one that affected me adversely for a week because she never told me she was changing my meds. Only when I called about something else did a nurse tell me that. She doesn't seem in the least bit interested in me as a patient or person. We're definitely not a good fit and I'll be finding a new Dr.

I have been to her twice now and it was the worst 2 visit i have ever had with a doctor. She did not help me either time. Told me every problem i had that there was nothing she could do. I was on a regimen with my previous doctor for my anxiety and depression. Instead of helping me she took me off the important meds and wanted to take me off my antidepressants. And then told me that there was nothing else that I could take. I am now having severe anxiety issues and no longer have anything 2 take
