Dr. Smith and all the associates who work there from the receptionist to the X-ray technician to the Athletic Trainer to the surgery scheduler were all very professional and efficient in their work. It was an overall pleasant experience. I am looking forward to my surgery and my new hip! It has been 6 months since I had my hip replaced and I am back to doing all the things I wanted to do but couldn’t before my hip replacement. I am more than pleased with the end result. Will be back skiing as soon as next week, waiting for the slopes to be fully open. I was able to enjoy hunting season this year as well. I can bend and stand up as normal. Walking up and down hills and over logs are no problem. My body overall feels much better as the stiffness and soreness is no longer present. I can stand like a normal person at family gatherings and with friends for long periods of time and do not have to sit because of hip and back pain due to compensating for my bum hip. Dr. Eric Smith was really great to have as my surgeon. His staff was amazing, true professionals all around. I can highly recommend him and Rothman Orthopedics for any one without reservation! My next appointment is 5 years in the future which is great news!

Dr. Smith is a warm and caring. He always takes time to listen. I have had a good experience with my first hip replacement. It has healed perfectly. I will definitely go back to him for my next hip replacement.

Dr Smith was great and took the time to explain my issues and options. The only negative remark is how long I had to wait for the appointment. Dr Smith did apologize which was very nice.

Dr Smith is respectful and kind. He explained my surgery very well and was honest about my unique complications. He put me at ease and perceived my anxiety without patronizing me.

He operated on me over 10 times. You could not find a more competent, caring and open surgeon. I have had over 45 operations including five joint replacements and a amputation due to MERSA.

Dr smith thoroughly explains the medical procedure for the knee replacement but let’s you make the decision for surgery based on the quality of life you have now and what yoh want in the future. He gives you all the time you need to get your questions answered. People talk very highly of him.
