I have been seeing Dr. Real, MD for many years and have had nothing but positive things to say. He takes all the time needed, answers all questions clearly and has great bedside manner. He is very a very thorough and knowledgable physician. I told him he was never ever allowed to retire! He is a perfect example of what all physicians should aspire to be.
Dr. Real is great! I have been seeing Dr. Real for many years for various reasons and am never dissatisfied with my visits. He takes time to listen and explains everything very thoroughly and does not rush through my appointments. It is very clear that he is genuinely concerned about his patients health.

Five stars????More like LESS THAN ZERO! SHARED HIS OPINION OF MY MEDICAL CONDITION WITH A FAMILY MEMBER, AFTER I WAS NO LO GER A PATIENT!!!HIPPA VIOLATION FOR SURE. I HAVE CONTACTED A LAWYER!
Been going to Dr. Real for 26 yrs., he is a strength forward Dr. who cares, listens to your problems, and will go that extra mile for you! Wonderful bed side manor!
Dr. Real is a very thorough doctor. He takes the time to listen to my complaint. He is very active in diagnosing the problem and giving the correct care. I must add that the nurses are nice. However, the ladies that work at the front desk answering the phones and making appointments are very rude and disrespectful to the patients. When people are sick the last thing that they need is a person at the doctors office being inconsiderate. Those people should be re-evaluated. The rude people should be terminated because they don't have any people skills. If they don't like working in a doctors office where sick people go then they have no business being there. If they don't like people then they should consider a different career like cleaning toilets because that's where their attitude belongs in a toilet. It's a shame that sick people have mean people to deal with to make an appointment with their doctor. Their phone calls should be monitored for quality. I believe the staff there (the doctors) would be surprised at how these people talk to the patients. It should not be allowed. The bottom line is IT IS HORRIFIC CUSTOMER SERVICE when it comes to the people making the appointments. Sick people go to doctors to be cared for and they should not worry about making an appointment because the person who answers the phone is going to be rude. Dr. Real is a good doctor regardless of the front desk staff. They should have a place to give reviews for the first contact people....meaning the people who answers the phone. I gave 2 stars because the doctor and nurses are great but the people who answers the phone when you call to make an appointment DOES NOT DESERVE ANY STARS...their mean and inconsiderate. Don't let them stop you from seeing the doc.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
