This place is a mess. Do not come here if it’s your first pregnancy. They’ve left me feeling completely on my own. I’ve had to advocate for myself every step of the way and I don’t know what I’m doing. The midwife in my first appointment gave me all wrong information and didn’t put any notes in the system, which left me blindly navigating the rest of the process. Good thing she remembered to tell me how much weight I was allowed to gain or else I would really be lost *phew. They did the wrong blood tests. The receptionists didn’t know which appointments I needed (how am I supposed to know?). They charged me twice for 1 appointment. They say it’s because they’re going through a system change, but after this many mistakes it makes me nervous about quality of care. Luckily, these early mistakes haven’t been harmful, but I just can’t risk something more serious happening further along in my pregnancy. Im finding a new ob/gyn. Too many red flags. This place seems so overwhelmed that no one has time to really pay attention to the individual patients. The doctors don’t seem to know what’s going on with the rest of the organization so a lot of the information they give you about the process is wrong. It leaves you feeling really lost and abandoned.

This was my first visit at May Grant. Due to an error on my part, I arrived over an hour early for my appointment. The staff were so nice. I was seen almost immediately anyway. Barbara Good was wonderful. She really listened to me. I would highly recommend May Grant & Barbara Good.

Regardless of how frequent or infrequent you visit, the staff always makes you feel comfortable. The main location is wonderful but I recently visited the Lititz location. It has a very cozy and comfortable feeling. I've been a May-Grant patient for 15+ years. We also wouldn't have our boys if it wasn't for their services, positivity and extensive knowledge.
