Quick checkin, friendly front office staff, short wait till Dr came in. His nurse (Amy) is wonderful.

Surprisingly short wait

I had never worked with this provider before at this practice and I will now request Dr. Stewart when I need help at the practice. I had an array of bizarre (and new to me) symptoms that were causing me great pain. As I retold my troubles, I felt listened to without pressure or judgment. This provider spent a prolonged (and adequate) amount of time trying to literally locate an injury I had seen in my mouth but that he was struggling to find. Imagine the scene: I'm sitting there, with my mouth agape, to gue lolling out as he paddled around with the tongue depressor to find the source of my ill. He ultimately spotted the injury! From walking in the door for the appointment with an anxious, aching me, I was immediately put at ease. He was focused, kind and so so helpful to me. He helped me understand what was wrong and hurting me. He normalized a frightening experience I was having and gave me a sense of ease by engaging with my playfulness and humor, too. I cannot recommend him enough.

Went here for a follow up for a mini stroke Monday, was to have tests setup by them. First the Dr forgot to put the note up to the desk about my tests, then when I called Tuesday to learn that, I'm told if you don't hear back by Friday to call and ask again. Just called today to them to act like there's no updates at all. Just a joke of a facility imo, with to many patients to actually give the care some need. Only come here if your desperate but I'd say urgent care might be better than this option. Just a sad facility.

I always receive prompt and courteous service from FPC Loysville.

Dr. Dangle is very thorough, answers any questions! Provides the absolute best care! Has pure compassion for his patients, including my children! He's definitely one of the best !

Dr. Caruso had read my file before seeing me and was aware of my medical experience during the past 3 months. He asked questions and scheduled a follow-up appointment. I was satisfied with the appointment.

Dr. Dangle has been wonderful, very thorough, kind and lstens to all of my needs. He has really worked hard with me to help alleviate my pain. The nurses and staff are great and usually greet you with a smile. Dr Dangles nurse is awesome.
