I’m aways in and out when it comes to my appointments with Dr R kr any of the staff. I have been going to this clinic for the last 30 yrs at least. However, this time I was not impressed with the attitude I received from the check out MOA between her attitude and announcing what I was seen for within my appt. I was not appreciative and feel as if that was a breech if my privacy

The staff is always so kind and patient when asking them a question or just talking! They make you feel welcomed and heard when you tell them what’s going on with yourself! I appreciate it so much! Dr. Riganati listens and works with you for a satisafactory plan of action. On time, on task, personable and professional with a supporting team (office, nurses, aides, techs, maitenace) who makes the overall experience of improving your health, well-care; Proactive rather than reactive. I see an overall move in an improved Family Practice Centers for all throughout central PA. I just wish they could be more inclusive for all persons, regardless of ability to pay, but that may be only a wish as reality may dictate otherwise. Perhaps offering more outreach; vaccines, education, pain management facilities/personel, caretaking care... Awareness and accesibility being the key componets to improved health/well care for all.

This was our first appointment and what an amazing doctor. My daughter had been bite by a dog and I never thought he would be able to stitch up the wound. He did a fantastic job and also gave her the most professional and personal compliments and positive attitude she needed at that time. Thank you again!
