If zero stars was an option it would have been chosen. Receptionist is the most rude woman I've ever encountered. Doctor didn't fully examine my injury and communication from the office is weak. Good luck trying to talk to anyone on the phone. You have to go to the office to ask any questions and then your met with a receptionist from hell. I didn't even get to ask my question before she was jumping down my throat trying to shoo me away.I will be finding a new doctor after this terrible experience... not recommended

I will add to Dr. O'Connor care compassion and understanding your personal situation. He does deserve 10 stars. He is helping my wife through a difficult time to adjust medications but most importantly caring!!

Dr O’Connor has been my doctor for over 25 years. He is not like most doctors, he cares about his patients like no other doctor. He takes the time to talk to you, never rushes. I dread the day when he retires cause Dr O’CONNOR is one of a kind.

Dr O'Connor has been my doctor for over 25 years. Could not ask for a better doctor who really cares about his patients. He takes the time to explain everything. A few years ago I was very sick and on hospice. Dr O'Connor was so caring and took the time to make sure I was comfortable. Thank God I got better. I still have to deal with this terrible disease. I am so blessed to have a doctor that really cares about his patients and goes the extra mile for them. Most doctors make you feel like you're just a number, but Dr O'Connor makes his patients feel like they matter, in today's world you will never find a more caring, decent and funny Doctor like he is. I dread the day when he retires, cause I doubt a myself and all of his patients will EVER find a doctor like he is! Thank you Dr. O'Connor for being a doctor who goes the extra step in helping his patients.

A nice transfer to Dr. O Connor MD. Left a good Dr. Claudell Stephens for my insurance company. They are thorough check up on me and blood test. Looking forward to checking in with them as needed. Nice office practicing all the Covid requirements.

Dr. O'Connor is not only a great medical doctor, he is also one of the most caring and compassionate doctors I've ever met. He took care of my mother the last 6 years when her multiple physical conditions were exacerbated by vascular dementia. He listens, answers questions, carefully reviews all possibilities, and has a gentle demeanor. He also greatly helped us family members by taking calls, even after hours, advising how to handle the situation at home, or if she needed medication or further medical care. We were comforted in knowing as her health continued to deteriorate, she had the best care possible. These last few months especially, we called the office often with questions and concerns and fears, and the staff was very good too. If I could give him 10 stars, I would.

Dr. O'Connor has been my PCP for over 20 years. He has patiently guided me through many different medical issues from the rather benign to the much more serious. I have great respect for his diagnostic approach, his suggestions for treatment, and his referral to specialists. In addition, he is thorough, compassionate, and professional. I think I have been very fortunate to have found him and been under his care, and I have recommended him to many close friends.
