Been going there a very long time. But ever since they became part of St. Luke's, getting an appointment has been almost impossible. Considering leaving their practice.

They never return callbacks. They never answer their phones. They never update you on bloodwork or test results. They have too many patients and not enough doctors. I could go on and list several scenarios where they have failed short. I’d look for another practice.

I was in to see Dr Bortz on Wednesday, March 1 for a sinus infection. Dr Bortz is great - she takes the time to answer all my questions and I never feel rushed when I go and see her. She is great - I have the highest respect for her.

I have seen Dr O’Connor as a patient for about 20 years and I wouldn’t go anywhere else he is an awesome Doctor and friend as well, I trust him with my care he covers everything from start of appointment to finish. I may try his patience at times because of my Diabetes and admittedly telling him what I eat but other than these things my visits are never questionable and if they are I send a message to him if I forget something. I trust him with my care each visit.

I have sensory issues with touch but Giovanna Zana in the OBGYN department was very patient and accommodating. Would definitely recommend for people with similar issues.

Good luck getting through their lines. Good luck getting a returned call. This practice has went down hill. Even the xray techs below can’t get through to them one the dr put in the wrong things to be xraying… the tech tried calling multiple times waited on hold for 15mins before being transferred to a voice mail. The tech had to actually walk upstairs to the office to get it straightened out. Never got a call back in regards to filling my prescription either what a mess this place is.

I’ve been with this group since I was a child. While wait times may sometimes be long there is no place I’d rather go. Tammy is an exceptional APRN and makes a patient feel heard. A special thank you to the nurse and doctor who expedited my medication refill request, last minute, on a Saturday. Without you, my vacation would have been a bummer.
