Reception was fast, the wait to see the Dr. was very short. Everything from the examination through x-ray, x-ray review and treatment was timely and professional. Follow-up was scheduled and we left.

You’re greeted by receptionist who are polite, friendly, helpful, and VERY patient.The nurse that greeted me ( Bree ) was also a delight to deal with, very thoughtful, and thorough with her pre exam questions.Then I met Dr. Chidester, he talked with me like we were old buddies. He listens to your symptoms before performing a thorough exam. He’ll explain his diagnosis of your injury, give you a plan for recovery, and let you know what to expect moving forward.I couldn’t have asked for a more pleasant experience from a Dr. visit.

Dr. Chidester is the best. Extensive orthopaedic experience & knowledge combined with straightforward answers. Cares about his patients and their outcomes. Rothman Ortho is lucky to have him! He's the first one to consult with before you do anything on ortho matters. Successfully treated both my wife & I. I highly recommend him!

He may not have a warm and fuzzy bedside manner, but Dr. Chidester is probably the best at his game. He repaired my fractured knee and had me back on my feet about a month earlier than what they told me to expect in the ER. This is a doctor who knows his stuff, approaches it in a no-nonsense manner and does what is best for the patient without ordering a ton of the money-producing but needless follow-up testing. His staff is also exceptional.
