It took 3 calls just to get an appointment with no call back. The office phone is not answered during business hours. I have been waiting 3 weeks for my contact lenses. I have left 2 messages and several texts this week and have gotten nothing in return. I’m still evaluating if Dr. Ryan Edmonds is the right doctor for me. I tend to tolerate less than stellar corrected sight because I have an eye condition that is difficult to correct. This will be my 3rd pair of contacts from his office in 2 years and the last pair never felt right. At this point, his office staff may be such a barrier to service that I seek another doctor. More than one star because Dr. Edmonds is charming.
