List of Medexpress Urgent Care's Reviews
The NP spent 13 seconds with me only to tell me to drink hot tea with honey. Went in with a very bad sore throat and earache. Explain I felt like I was swallowing shards of glass. Spent 40 dollars for nothing. Followed up with my PCP because i was in so much pain. Ended up needing an antibiotic. NP Gina B is awful
Prompt and friendly staff,thank you!
I was seen in a reasonably quick time and the doctor was very thorough and professional.
all good ,fast efficient care
Don’t bother, they literally told me to go to the ER just to get my blood pressure checked instead of doing it themselves.
I went to urgent care to get stitches in my hand. I gave the receptionist my insurance info. I was never told, that my insurance would not cover it. I now have a payment of $700. I will never go back
staff is nice and professional, how ever last 2 visits i was scared out of my mind hey could not take care of problems i was having but they recommended a ride in ambulance to a full service hospital
The staff were very kind and friendly. Dr. Pearson was very thorough and caring. Excellent experience.
Was very good the 199$ and 10 day deal thing is sure alot better than UPMC ER prices and certainly a lot better service than UPMC ER .
Visited MedExpress on a Friday afternoon. Staff was friendly and professional. Dr. Pearson combines the patient-oriented care of a family physician with the quick diagnosis and treatment abilities of an emergency room physician. Five stars!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
