Love paying $40 to be told to take Tylenol and waiting an hour when they’re not even busy. Update: went to the dentist after my med express visit and they instantly prescribed me penicillin for the ulcer in my mouth that I went to med express for (the doc/ PA looked at it too…). It helped a lot. Would’ve been nice to get it prescribed when I needed it. I also didn’t know it was my wisdom tooth growing in before going here otherwise I wouldn’t just went to the dentist. Med express employees should be able to spot an irritated mouth ulcer.

Slow a snail would work faster be prepared if your appointment is a certain time just tell yourself it's 2 hours from that time and it's not even full in there 🙃

Just want to thank everyone at medexpress for the excellent service I received there. Especially Dr Beattie and her nurse I’m sorry I did not get your name. The nurse who’s mom passed away 3months ago. My dad passed away on Friday and I came down with a bad case of poison ivy.I came to medexpress for help because I didn’t want it to get any worse with funeral next couple days. I had melt down just explaining my situation and your nurse and Dr Beattie both were so sympathic and kind not to mention my shot I got did wonders. I can’t thank them enough. We need more kind people like them in this world that is for sure. I can’t thank you both and all the staff enough.❤️Kim Durkin

I saw the NP there and she was amazing! She took all the time I needed to discuss my issues it was like talking with a friend. They were very busy during the time I was there but she still took her time with me and made me feel cared for. She listened and was extremely thorough.

No attention to detail. I have a four (4) letter last name and the lady mis-spelled my name. I had to correct her. Then when I left the facility, I checked the paperwork they gave me and then they "added" a bunch of letters to my last name!! Really????!!??

I came in for a laceration and didn't even have my insurance info on hand. This office looked it up for me, printed me a new card, checked me out, and had me on my way quickly. People here are professional and friendly. Thank you so much!
