Ohio Valley Eye Center's Online Review Report Card

I had to go in twice within about a week because I made an appointment for my son to get contacts and glasses they just checked him for glasses. So we had to go back in a few days later . They messed up But it was a mistake, and I was willing to go in a few days later, even though I had to take time off work again. .We was a little late when we got there . Probably a little over ten minutes.The female doctor was rude from the moment we got there . I was told by her I could take the contacts she had my son try on and even told him then later he could . At check out she asked me did you take them I said yes she yelled don't do that again . I said ok well you said I could and she said don't do that again and I said do you want them back and she kept yelling don't do that again at me . she also told me she's canceling the previous glasses that the doctor a few days ago had ordered for him because the prescription wasn't right . Waste of time to even go in the first time and loss of work hours for me:( My son said when she took him back into the room, she was complaining that she had to deal with some deaf, old lady . I wish I knew her name, but she was blonde and very rude. I will not be returning. Because of her.

Worst costumer services experience I’ve ever received in my whole life; I’m a military spouse recently move to the area. I had live in nine different states including overseas and the costumer services I received in this place was awful. The receptionist is always rushing you and taking deep breath like you are annoying her, Constantly putting you on hold for every question you asked. I did call twice in two different times and days and received the same treatment. I wouldn’t recommend ever. Again awful customer service. Thanks God I Find a better eye center with great costumer services, location and amazing caring team.
