Not only was the Doctor ( Bowers ) rude to his staff, he is also rude to his patients. Do not recommend. One star is too high of a rating.

They are horrible. No coordination of appointments. One for every task. Eye test, testing, eye doctor all separate appointments. I am sure charging more for multiple appointments. Wanted to charge me 75 cents per appointment to fax records to new doctor. I have the fax. Of the new doctor requests via fax no cost. At every turn they will charge you. If I could give no stars I would.

They require multiple appointments rather than combine services. Going every three months is a bit much. Not having both eye exam and doctors visit in same day seems to be a way to get additional payments. They never respond to refills from pharmacy. You have to call them and then not a guarantee you won't need to call back Was there for scheduled test. They took someone not scheduled before me. This resulted in me waiting an hour. These are all typical issues

Very unprofessional staff on the phone. Tried making an emergency appointment I've been having blurred vision and without a cancelation list they Tried scheduling an appointment a month out! How do they not have a cancelation list? Especially for people like myself for an emergency situation.
