Misled me on what my insurance would cover. Told me over and over again my insurance wouldn’t cover the frame I wanted for my glasses. Paid $350 out of pocket, turned it into my insurance and they absolutely covered it and got my money back.

I have been a patient here since 2018. Dr Penney is very thorough and professional. Extremely helpful and very friendly. All employees in her office are professional and polite and take care of patients needs. 😊

I got my contacts ordered, came in in three days. My mother goes here and is very pleased. I decided to start going here also. So nice to meet a professional staff. Very knowledgeable and all very nice. And friendly. They have unique frames also that I've not seen around here. The office is quiet and roomy. It's nice because it's not in a mall. Off rt48 before Olympia shopping center. It's one of the best and nicest staff and Dr. And we needed a good place to go here. Highly recommend.

Give the glasses and not cheat people out of glasses! My Father never got his glasses. They gave him his scrip and his out of pocket money back but refused to give him his frames back that his insurance paid for ! They wouldn't adjust the insurance thus preventing him from getting another pair of glasses thru insurance until 2023. This is very shotty practice. Dr. penney is a very rude person!
