Emily Lebovitz's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Lebovitz addressed 100% of my concerns without rushing the appointment. She took enough time to specifically ask me and my husband about questions or concerns we might have had, and she also advised me on how to handle certain alarming situations if they did occur again. The most important thing she did though was asking WHY I felt the way I did. As a first-time mom requesting a scheduled c-section, she wanted to understand why I preferred that method over a natural delivery. Most other doctors I had spoken with did not bother to ask about previous medical trauma or WHY I might want major surgery, instead immediately insisting that they didn't "do these things for first-time mothers and deliveries." Dr. Lebovitz not only gave me time to explain myself and my history but then reached out to the anesthesiologist on our medical team and requested her input as well (in addition to reaching out to my pain management specialist, hats off to her for that too!) Thank you, Dr. Lebovitz.

Dr. Lebovitz is the reason I keep going to Seasons OB/GYN. She is engaged and compassionate and makes me feel heard. So many doctors try to project issues on to their patients or assume they know what's best without really listening to the patient -- we need more doctors like Dr. Lebovitz.

Honestly one of the worst experiences I have had with doctors offices. The staff are extremely unprofessional. I tried to schedule an appointment and was called back and told that they couldn’t remember when they scheduled me for an appointment. You have to harass them to get a nurse to call you back. Dr Lebovitz’s basically made me feel my concerns were not worth her time and she blamed me for getting a yeast infection even though I had no idea that I was supposed to take probiotics with antibiotics. Dr Kridgen never explained to this to me when the antibiotics were prescribed. A nice place if you just want a check up, but honestly as soon as I started having problems more than one time, they were accusatory and less than helpful.

Yesterday was my first appointment with Emily, without going into my personal issue her and her team were beyond excellent! I absolutely recommend!!!

Dr. Lebovitz delivered my son, and I was so happy with her! Gentle yet encouraging- I've been looking everywhere for her! Won't see anyone else!

I've been totally disappointed with Seasons OB, and with Dr. Lebovitz. Both she and the staff have been rude and disorganized (e.g., confusing/incorrect follow-up instructions, scheduling snafus). I mean, maybe "rude" is a little extreme, but they definitely haven't acted with what I consider a normal level of . . . just basic courtesy/politeness.

I didn't have a great experience during my appointment. I asked two questions during the half-hour appointment, and received weirdly snappish responses to both of them. Both times I was just asking for more information, and it seemed like she wasn't really listening, just getting annoyed and spitting out an answer. Also, the internal exam she did hurt like heck!

I highly recommend Dr. Lebovitz. Her bedside manner is warm and she is also quite professional. I feel very comfortable with her. She delivered my las child and it was a super positive/fun experience!
