Outstanding Experience with Dr. Gretz & his Nurse! I needed a new primary care physician for the first time in 20 years - not a great situation to be in. I found Dr. Gretz through an on-line 'physician' match on AHN. I am very very happy with all aspects of becoming one of his patients. His assistant Flo has been extremely responsive (yes, we've traded phone messages on occasion but who doesn't?). I feel that Dr. Gretz' focus is on me and my well being! He and his staff give me the right amount of time and attention.

Outstanding experience with Dr. Gretz and his office. This was my first time changing primary care physicians in 25 years and I was somewhat nervous. I really liked the physician match tool and am quite pleased with the care I get. The entire office is incredibly responsive. I highly recommend them.

Absolutely terrible experience. 2:00pm appointment, nurse gets me in and does the usual stuff at 2:02, but Dr. Gretz doesn't show up until 2:40. On top of that, after about 5 minutes into the appointment he gets a phone call and steps outside. In the middle of our conversation! I walked out and will never go back, and will be disputing any billing with my insurance company. Don't waste your time with this unprofessional doctor.

Gretz may be okay if you can overlook his terrible office staff, especially his nurse named Flo. This woman totally controls communication with the doctor could be dangerous to patients as I have caught her in outright lies regarding prescription medications and test results. Urgent appointment needed? Forget it. I have seen patients in crisis situations turned away at the front desk and told to go to the ER.

He means well but his nurse (Flo) is just AWFUL. She won't return calls, ignores her voice mail, calls in incorrect prescriptions, won't report test results and really seems a "few bricks shy of a full load. " She makes the doctor and the rest of the office look bad and nobody will fire this woman.

I have been a patient of Dr. Gretz for approx. 10 years. I have found him to be caring, conscientious and thorough. He does not hesitate to refer if necessary. A great doctor, in my opinion.
