I am so happy with my orthotics. The office was so nice and every went so smoothly. They seemed to be very organized. Highly recommend.

It’s been five months since I started seeing Dr Luther. My heel still hurts just as much now, if not more, than it did before. Orthotics took 2 months to come in, I wore them for a month & noticed no improvement. After repeated fittings, each billed with a copay, orthotics had to be sent back because they were too small. Over a month again to get them back, and I’m the one who has to call to find out if they are back and ready for pick up! Feels like an endless cycle of copays and very expensive orthotics with no relief in sight. Considering seeing a different doctor for help. This has been a lot of money for nothing. (She is very nice during appointment though.)

Dr. Luther fitted me for custom orthotics to help relieve my Plantar Fasciitis pain. So thankful to her for alleviating my pain.

Dr. Luther and her staff were wonderful! She fitted me for custom orthotics and my plantar fasciitis pain is all but gone. Dr. Luther took time to explain my condition and gave me some exercises and other ideas to help with the pain in my feet. I would highly recommend Pittsburgh Family Foot Care!

I have never had a worse experience at a Dr office in my life. The front desk was worse than rude & Dr Luther herself was unprofessional, way to fast, condescending and sarcastically ignorant with any question I had. My first instinct was to leave when the front desk was extremely ignorant. I should have. They were to call me back the next day to let me know if "her custom orthotics" were covered by ins. It's been 10 days and no call. So, I am out $181 and all I got for it was attitude and 2 hours of missed work. They insisted on x-rays and now want to charge me to have them. Terrible customer service. Save the time and money do not call this office for any reason. I wish I took video of how I was spoke to by the front desk, by the same lady who took the x-rays and by the Dr when I ask a question. (by the way I have never reviewed anyone or anything in my life. But this was that bad and I am furious)

I went to Dr. Luther experiencing foot pain. She fitted me with custom made Orthotics. I have been pain free and comfortable ever since. Dr. Luther was very kind and professional. Her office was bright and welcoming too. Staff was great and helpful in every aspect.

I love Dr. Luther and her medial assistants! So warm and welcoming, and very knowledgeable! Her front desk staff need a little work - the one receptionist in particular is a little snooty and unorganized. Very condescending and does not leave a good first impression of the office. But I can deal with a little rudeness from a medical secretary for a great doctor!

Helped me with getting orthotics and I no longer have pain in my feet. Great experience and nice clean office and staff. Definitely would recommend to others
