I did not get to see Dr. Seraly to examine my scalp condition. I was not satisfied with the conclusion of physician's assistant. Meds prescribed did not improve scalp problem.

Don’t try other Dermatologists until you’ve made an appointment and experienced Dr Mark Seraly. He’s by far the best, has diagnosed and treated myself several family members and friends. I’ve nothing but praise for his knowledge, expertise and abilities. If you aren’t familiar with his name or practice, ask around in a social group setting. I’m forever amazed at how often his name is brought up and usually followed by, “He’s the best Dermatology Physician around!”. And the praise has been earned.

Best dermatologist by far !! Makes you feel so comfortable with any questions you may have . Extremely knowledgable and great staff ! Although it takes a while to actually get him for an appointment, his app for dermatologist on call was wonderful ! Like an actual visit and app makes it so easy ! Wish I could give more than 5 stars !

Dr. Seraly was a very knowledgeable and compassionate doctor. I would highly recommend him as a provider, but some of his staff members are extremely rude and demeaning. One particular staff member has brought me to tears through hurtful comments. For that reason I have switched providers. It's ashame because Dr. Seraly was a nice Doctor.

Just a true professional.. Really love the ability to show him a pic beforehand, via the online patient portal. When I went to his office... He took time to hear me out. I was not rushed. That alone means so much! Will definitely be back.
