List of Medexpress Urgent Care's Reviews
Registration was quick and easy. This was a return visit for an ongoing problem with my arm. Kenzie Delp took care of me and I was so impressed by her. She is pleasant, thorough and caring. The meds she prescribed seem to be taking care of the problem.
Very professional and thorough.
I did not have an appointment, if someone did under my name then it was identity theft.
Staff was very nice to me
So much for "urgent" care. Gotta make an appointment and come back later in the day or week. False advertising.
Please take off your website that you can offer limited emergency prescription refills when you can't. Website said you could, but it seems like nobody in this country cares to make medical car medical care, instead of a money making business.
Everyone is so helpful friendly and kind. I love having them as a resource in our community as an alternative when my drs office is closed and I don’t need the ER.
Visited this location 2 times. First visit, great, quick, attentive, helpful. (June 2023) 2nd visit: Turned away 3 patients before the end of the shift. Due to the computers being down. (7:35pm, 7/6/2023)
When I was seen the only test that was performed was a Covid test. I was barely looked at. And then my symptoms were ignored and shrugged off that it was from the weather (fog/smoke). That has been days ago
I was in out and on my way feeling better

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
