We are just fed up with the wait time in this office. My husband has to go after he gets off work and arrives on time only to sit and wait for 40 minutes! The 1st time this happened he ended up just leaving without being seen. They said that they were "running late", so we decided to give them another chance, but today was the last chance they get! Again he got there on time (a few minutes early) to his appointment, but ended up waiting another 40 minutes! What the heck!!? He might as well have arrived 40 minutes late!!! If that's the average wait time, guess what, YOU ARE OVER BOOKING THE APPOINMENTS!!! If we have an appointment time for 3:20pm, we can expect to have to wait a reasonable time, say, 10 minutes, before going back to the exam room, and then maybe 5 more minutes to be seen, but 40 minutes to even be called back to the exam room is RIDICULOUS!!! Goodbye!!!

He is obviously really knowledgeable and experienced, and he was matter-of-fact and gave me a solution that really worked for my symptoms. One complaint I have, however, is that he did not take that much time with me. While I was describing my problem, he chuckled a bit, and when I was trying to delve deeper into the causes of the symptoms (is there an underlying health problem I should be concerned about?), he was literally backing towards the door to leave. I had to do more research on my own when I got home. I know that skin problems aren't usually life threatening, but they do affect quality of life and should be treated with more understanding and respect.

2018-03-29 and 2018-04-03 = A terrifically WONDERFUL visit with Dr. Pless and staff!!! The Doctor, the PA, the Nurse, and the Front Office personnel are ALL caring and very helpful!!! Would recommend him to anyone and everyone!!!!
