I like Dr. Leslie and his staff. I have been a patient over 10 years. I have not been here in years and did not realize it because time flew and I am always going to CareSpot to be seen quickly if really sick or to OB for annual check ups.I am so busy with kids and work that I didn't realize I haven't been to primary care for a check up other than when I saw June for allergy shots.Got here at 10:18am. Called to the back at around 11:30am.The nurse is always nice and warm. Dr. Leslie introduced me to the new Allergist, Liz, who was really nice.

I found the staff to be caring and efficient beyond expectations and would recommend Dr. Shawn and his staff to anyone needing their services. Initially I was reluctant to choose Dr. Shawn as our new practitioner because of the one bad review. Then I realized, in what office is it okay to stand at window? It is rude behavior and is not going get one into a room any faster. If the waiting room was empty as the reviewer claimed, there was plenty of room to sit and wait. In addition, today I needed to leave a phone message before their office opens so I used their option to email them. Their response was lighting fast...again service beyond expectations. I say this with sincerity; May Dr. Shawn and his staff live to serve our community another 50 years.

The staff was rude. One of the ladies at the front desk commanded me to sit down while waiting (I am not exaggerating) because, according to her, I was in the way of other patients--despite the fact that the office was completely empty.After a few minutes I decided I did not want my medical information in the hands of people who didn't seem very nice, so I left.I was very disappointed. This was my first and last visit.
