impossible to get any appointment she won't see you until you first have a new patient visit and the appointment was scheduled for 3 months away and even if you are sick she won't see you until after the new patient appointment

While Dr Bogdan is a terrific physician, if you need to reach her at the office it is impossible! I sat with a cardiologist that was trying to reach her to determine if he needed to do more tests and even he couldn't get through on the physician to physician phone line. I told him "no one" ever answers the phone at this office. The cardiologist suggested that if people are not answering the phone, the physicians do not care about their patients. I have had to actually physically drive to the office to change appointments. I spoke to Dr. Bogdan about no one answering the phone or it taking over 30 minutes, but she said she couldn't do anything about it. How sad that this office cannot discipline the staff to simply pick up the phone. Great physician, poorly trained staff!

While Dr. Bogdan is an excellent physician, this office never answers the telephone. They not only do not answer the phone for patients, but do not answer for other physicians. I sat while my cardiologist tried to phone them for information he needed for an upcoming surgery. He was astounded that they never picked up the phone. I told him they would not answer and he thought they would for another physician, but they did not. He then suggested I find another physician, which unfortunately, I am in the process of doing now. Dr. Bogdan is an excellent doctor, but I have complained to her numerous times about the phone situation and she said there was nothing she could do about it. Unfortunately, there is for me...I need to find a new physician.

Dr. Bogdan is a very caring physician. She takes the time to listen and then diagnose the problem. She is the best physician I have had and I am very discriminating when it comes to choosing primary care physicians.
