I have used Residential Home Help five times after surgeries and hospital stays. I am using them right now after being in the hospital. Five star rating!!!!!

Terrible care!!!

Mom has just entered hospice care and we couldn't be happier with the engagement. So far a wonderful experience with a wonderful group.

My experience with Residential Home Healthcare has been all positive. Caring efficient. The nurses become part of the family. They have a way of making me feel comfortable, at ease, and trusting. 5 stars for everyone and everything.

I am writing to notify you that over a week ago my grandmother Carol Whitaker was sent home with a recommendation to this company. The overall experience was just terrible. The hospice nurses were present the day she arrived from the hospital and were completely unorganized and unqualified. My grandmother was suffering from fluid in her lungs and was on oxygen and the nurses told the EMTs that she didn’t need oxygen. Then the nurses did not even administer her medications. Then over the weekend, my grandmother passed on Sunday, April 3, 2022, and when we contacted your company to send a hospice nurse at 7:15 pm because she had passed no one ever came to her home. We called again at 9:40 pm and still, no one was on their way to help us with declaring the death and help with contacting authorities and the funeral home. When the on-call nurse was finally contacted she laughed at the fact that about not leaving her home saying that “she couldn’t leave right away because she had to go to the bathroom and lived an hour away.” After getting upset with my grandfather getting so anxious with his wife’s body beginning to stiffen and get cold, I ended up calling 911 and told the service not to send anyone. It further complicated the removal of my grandmother’s body from our home due to it being a hospice case. We waited with her body for six hours with paramedics and a police officer that notified us that since hospice was involved there was nothing we could do to move forward. The police and medics who helped us, we’re appalled at what we had to do in such a sensitive and sad time. Palliative care and hospice should be empathetic above anything else. I would never refer or use this company ever again. Today is Wednesday, April 6, 2022, and we are still waiting for a death certificate so that our grandmother can be cremated and have her memorial services. This company has still not taken the right measures for our dear loved ones. I will make it a point to make sure that this is posted on all social media sites so that no one else would ever have to go through this situation. I hope that this company can rectify this situation as soon as possible so that my family can finally lay my grandmother to rest.

We are extremely pleased with the skill and service Steve has provided each and every visit. Truly cares for his patients and their progress.

My father was on hospice for the last 2 weeks of his life. The doctor's office set us up with this company. The staff is very nice. The company is terrible. Would not recommend this group. We had to constantly call for his medication and supplies. We had to do all the care ourselves in the evening when he needed it the most. They would come only in the morning and check vitals then afternoon for bathing. come
