Richard Deramon's Online Review Report Card

Recently had KTP laser treatment to diminish facial redness caused by rosacea. Minimal discomfort as numbing cream was applied an hour prior to procedure. No complications occurred and healing process was easily managed. Post procedure instructions are clear and easy to follow. Results were quite good in noticeably reducing overall redness especially vessels on the nose. Dr. deRamon has very good technical expertise with this laser. I have had several of these treatments spaced several months apart to maintain clearer skin and to manage my rosacea. Overall experience has been excellent with this physician and his staff.

Dr DeRamon is the best! The surgery, my results so far, are incredible! I have RA and my rheumatologist wanted me to have a breast reduction and I did that 1 week ago, and the difference in my neck pain is amazing! He is very precise and has an awesome personality and his beside manner is splendid. His office staff and nurses are wonderful also. Jen worked so well with the insurance company and made it simple. I thank everyone at this office for your time and for making my experience WONDERFUL!

Good outcome on recent neck procedure. Excellent follow up. It is rare to find this level of care.

I had tummy tuck with muscle repair. The muscle was not repaired properly and continued prominently budging 1 year post op. Additionally, one side of my stomach was pulled tighter than the other side, which left me with an asymmetrical appearance. He said he would fix it, but I would have to pay for "his time".The front office staff here are unfriendly, stand offish. The office coordinator never responded to my email with regard to coming up with an acceptable resolution.This was a $10, 000 mistake that I am stuck with.

Dr. de Ramon is a highly intelligent and skilled surgeon that will do his absolute best to make sure you are happy with your results. He is patient, honest, compassionate, non-judgmental, and informative, has a terrific bedside manner, and takes all the time you need to make sure you feel informed and comfortable with your decision and resulting procedure. He doesn't act paternalistic or demeaning when asked even the most idiotic of questions :) He was responsive throughout my recovery, answering texts and phone calls (about non-urgent matters, but that I was panicking about because I'm like that) in a speedy manner even when he was out on medical leave. I can't recommend him enough for any type of plastic surgery you might need.
