List of Robert Myers's Reviews
Dr. Meyers abandoned me after I had a failed dental implant. His practice is focused on profit rather than patient care. I strongly do not recommend this provider.
Dr Myers is arrogant and his staff is abrupt and nasty. They pushed me out the door, after anesthesia, before I could walk on my own. Provided NO post op instructions and I never saw the doctor after surgery.
Dr Myers extracted two of my seven year olds baby teeth. My son is usually anxious at the dentist hence the reason we had to come here vs having them pulled in the office. Dr Myers and the staff at the Camp Hill location were wonderful! My son was relaxed and the nurses were wonderful in keeping him calm. Thank you for taking care of my son, we are loving his new smile.
Our 16 old daughter had 4 impacted wisdom teeth removed 2 days ago. At the consultation, last month, we met Dr. Meyers and were so impressed by his compassion towards our daughter's severe anxiety and that he was so reassuring and comforting. Since I had never had my wisdom teeth out, we had no idea of what to expect and he put us at ease. The procedure went off without a hitch and we were sent home with pain pills and instructions. Our daughter spent the next two days and nights in severe pain. She was throwing up the antibiotics and couldn't eat. I have never seen a face so swollen. She could barely speak. This morning I called and finally made an appointment. When Dr. Meyers walked into the room he asked when she had the teeth removed. Seriously?? He was standing there, looking at her records, and he himself performed the surgery just 2 days ago. For the next 10 minutes he berated my daughter for "not doing what she was told to do" and that she NEEDED to be brushing the bloody, painful sockets. When she explained she had been trying but she was having a hard time opening her mouth wide enough he said "the toothbrush isn't that big". I asked him if someone there could possibly help her and he sarcastically answered me saying "It's just tooth brushing, Mom". I was stunned that this was the same man we saw weeks earlier for our consult. The arrogance and sarcasm was disgusting. When he left the room, my daughter burst into tears. He acted like we were wasting his time. I couldn't help but feel that since he had our money, he didn't have to put on an act anymore. In addition, he advised us to take the new pain med. as soon as we got home, but the pharmacist said we needed to wait until the other one was out of her system first. I called the office for clarification and the nurse agreed with the pharmacist. Dr Meyers also said to continue ice for the rest of the day and his nurse said not to, but instead use warm compresses. This is ridiculous. I would NEVER recommend this office.
I wish I could give this man ZERO stars. Completely arrogant and dismissive of patient’s needs; major complications to the surgery which he has been attempting to fix for a year now; speaks to patients & families as though they are worthless to him. PLEASE do not go here, it’s awful that he is allowed to practice. Check the action taken on his license in Jan 2019 by the PA Dept of Health- do not go here!!! Biggest mistake of my life, and my mouth paid for it.
I met with Dr. Myers today. I was referred to him by my dentist for implant evaluation and X-rays. I am seriously disappointed with my appointment. Dr. Myers came across more like a used car salesman than a surgeon. He continuously gave me analogies when I tried to discuss cost. He said, “it’s like building a house, you need to first start with the prints and a good foundation”. I said no, you need to start with how much money you have to build the house. No wonder he only gets 3 stars!!!!
I found Dr. Myers to be very arrogant and dismissive. He misdiagnosed the issue I was having, which delayed the treatment I needed by months. I will never go to him again.
I found Dr. Myers to be dismissive, arrogant, and non-communicative. His failure to address the issue I was having delayed my appropriate treatment by months. My lack of confidence in Dr. Myers was so great that I opted to go to a dentist from another practice rather than have him do a free redo.
I had my first consultation with Dr. Myers and was deeply disappointed. After being an hour late, he walked in without introducing himself. He looked at my x-ray and just told me I needed "major work." He did NOT explain the results of my x-ray or my medical diagnoses. Dr. Myers simply told me I had to back to my dentist, who was the one who referred me to see an oral surgeon. It seemed like Dr. Myers didn't want to take the time to listen to my concerns. His bedside manner was rude and arrogant
He doesn't take his time to listen about your concern of procedure. He's impatient with your questions and treat you like an idiot. I would not recommend anyone to consult or receive any service from this dentist. The front desk clerk was not pleasant. However, the the dentist's assistant was nice. Avoid and go else where.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
