SUCHHH a fantastic and easy process! He made my first-ever surgery seem effortless. I wasn't nervous one bit going into surgery. All of that staff are EXTREMELY helpful. To the point of giving me their personal numbers in case I have any questions during non-business hours. Dr.Naidu is amazing. I'd give him a 10 out of 5 if I could!

Dr Naidu has done two surgeries of me, the first went well but I noticed one attribute that is missing with him. Once surgery is over and cast is remove you no longer see him or can contact him with concerns. There is NO email portal and trying to talk to him is impossible because you only talk to his PA or whatever (?). Once surgery is over you're finished, regardless of any issues you might have. I have been having issues with the second surgery and I tried sending him a personal letter and he never contacted me. Very uncaring. I have had numerous orthopedic surgeries and never confronted a surgeon that did not have a portal so you could ask questions or have a surgeon who would talk/call you personally. Very disappointed

I have had over 40 surgeries in my lifetime. I have never had the care that I did here. Everyone was outstanding and extremely caring. I had two nurses that were so kind yet professional. Their names were Megan and Julia. They were phenomenal. The anesthesiologist was great also. I'm claustrophlbic and they had to put arms to my my side and tucked in, when he put the mask on, I said that I was claustrophobic and right away he removed the mask and gave me something to breathe in and of course, I went right to sleep. If I could give them a "10" , I would.

I just can't say enough good things about Dr. Naidu's practice. Very helpful and caring staff. Dr. Naidu has seen me for a few appointments and steroid injections on my torn rotator cuff. He is brilliant, and is guiding me down a pre-surgical path, and taking the time to explain my options in detail. I would highly recommend him without reservation.

Dr. Naidu is an exceptional doctor and his support team are amazing too! I have been seeing Dr. Naidu for about 5 years for thumb arthritis. He has always been very kind and listens to my concerns. Because of his care, I will always be able to give him two thumbs up!!! A big thank you to him, his technician Scott and his secretary Jane!

Dr. Naidu did my carpal tunnel release (both left & right - on separate occasions)... Great communications, extremely caring, highly knowledgeable - I wouldn't consider anyone else for matters relating to my hands...
