My name is Carla O'Malley my daughter has been a Vibra for a little over a week, I am so happy with this place the staff the nurses, doctors, and so clean a great staff they My daughter is doing so good I am amazed. Thank You Vibar!!!

The Richmond Va location was awful the care was very bad my father received minimal rehab services. it took 30-45 minutes for someone to respond to the call bell. that when he had it most days i would come in and it be on the floor or tucked behind him where he could not reach it. he was non verbal so the call bell was the only way he could call… Zvimwe for help if he needed it. The place seemed to under staff which caused the staff to be irritated when you asked questions or needed assistance. Having a health care background myself i understand how hard caring for others can be. Vibra just wasn't the place for my father. I am not sure if it was supposed to be a rehab center, long term care hospital or just a really bad nursing home either way it needs a lot of improvement.

My stay at Vibra in Lincoln Park was a very pleasant experience. I would like to thank the staff, in particular Bararka, Alice, and Jaleel for being so attentive and keeping me informed of my progress. Overall the whole staff did a Great job taking care of all my needs in this difficult time. Thank You. John Ransom
