365 Health Services's Online Review Report Card

Okay, my only problem with 365 home care is that everyone isn't getting paid the same amount of money and be doing the same stuff as the next person. Which isn't fair and don't make any sense. As an example you getting 12 per hour doing the some work as someone who getting paid 15 per hour on the some clinics or hours. The trick is the less you make the more hour they give you compared to somebody that makes more. Any other agency paid their employers the same amount of money hour no matter what the situation. 2026 I feel like nobody should be getting paid $14 or less per hour to keep up with bills. Another then I don't have any bad thing to say.

This 365 get 0 stars.THIS COMPANY IS NOT BBB ACCREDITED. These people are cheating the insurance first of all The aide never are on time. They have been up to hour late .This place is the worst, I talked to Lee,Ven, Chris Anderson who claimed to be a supervisor or the director of the place.They sent over a aide who was sloppy, disrespectful,, threatening and they still would not remove her from the house. She was in my face ,telling me what to do? There's no core value here .It looks like they get money from the insurance company by providing the bottom of the barrel aides.I talked to Chris Anderson (no help at all) and he Said he will do nothing to help me with this person C. This company is fairly new and It needs to look at the other care companys and see how they operate.Don't waste you time with them.HAD TO PUT A 1 STAR TO SEND IN REVIEW. Next stop try to contact corporate.

Very dishonest agency. Not reliable at all. I would give them 5 zeros if there was an option

I called to ask about a position they were hiring for that was missing information on what was required in experience. The actual work location was nice and gave me the number for someone in their corporate HR or something. I called the number and a male voice answered in a tone as if I bothered him. He asked how I got his number (which I assume was his office number given by the staff I talked to) and I explained. He said he would forward my application and thanked me for my interest in the position. It wasn't a friendly vibe for most of the call and about 10 minutes later my application was rejected online without a reason. I don't know if he realized it by his tone, but that tone came across as, "How dare this random person call me directly or even think they are worth the time for any position here?" That really did hurt my spirit and I shouldn't have applied or even asked about it. I was quickly thrown away despite showing real interest and being a real person... I got the message and I won't ever apply for any position at this company in the future :(.

This is the worst company ever. Most of the managers are very unprofessional. They mess up on your checks and when you call about it they give you the run around and keep lieing and saying it going to be on the next pay and never do. I'm a current employee and yall can do better

Joinee McNair is so kind and sweet and funny she made everybody feel comfortable in orientation go apply you guys she will get you together
