List of Nemours Children's Health System's Reviews
My child has a bone injury. After the registration clerk pulled up our information to see “who he was” I was told that it would be August 29 before he can see any doctor regarding the injury. It is still July. We are established patients. Who makes a child wait over a month to see a doctor for a potentially broken bone. Unprofessional Perhaps I should have marked “white” as his race when doing paperwork at his last appointment for better assistance.
I have watched how they helped my grandchild born premature at 27 weeks with ROP and had to be monitored incase surgury was needed to prevent her going blind. Watch how they cared and treated my oldest grand daughter with stomach issues she has. They are caring and treat each and every child special truly as if the child were their own. I am very blessed to also work for this awesome establishment
I sent email to Nemours that never answered the questions specifically bellow the email that summarize all December 14th my son was Flu emergency I asked just for medical to the flu and test to the flu I never asked for anything more but they made a lot of rountine exams. They asked $1000+ dollars. january 21st my son Was asked by the school vacines and physical exams but more than $1000 just for this simple exams $250 max in another places? Why is cheaper when I doesnt try using the insurance? january 23th my daughter was flu and vomiting or things like that I don’t asked any physical or routine exams I asked just to medical to she be better but they apply a lot of exams and never ask if I accept now the insurance don’t want to paid because they doesnt cover routine exams and I need to paid thounsand of dollars? april 11st my son had due vacine just one vacine I said to women that probably insurance not cover but she told me that probably yes and I asked if I not use the insurance how much is the cost for just one vacine she said me $10 but she applied to use the insurance. Now you are asking to me pais $85 instead of $10 because insurance dont cover it? Usually I asked just to medical to them be better but they apply a lot of exams and never ask if I accept now the insurance don’t want to paid and I need to paid thounsand of dollars? There are $3100+ dollars to paid by myself.
Will never recommend. 3 visits 3 days in a row to get the diagnostic WRONG every time. Accessibility to doctor nurse over the phone was not there. Left a message for the supervisor manager with my concerns she called and I was busy at work then I returned the call left another message and never heard again. We had to tell the last doctor seen what usually worked for our daughter in those cases then there was an issue with the insurance and medication prescribed and again this facility was no help. Bottomline 3 visits with 0 results you should not even bill my insurance for your incompetence. Next time Arnold Palmer they get it right every time.
Upon our teenager being diagnosed with CRPS we started searching for an Integrated Program for Pain Management. Upon finding Neumors in Delaware we reached out. We were given data of being in network for insurance and names of providers we would see. After more investigation of those providers to check into their specialties talking to the coordinator to understand how the program ran we scheduled. From day 1 and beyond it was excuse after excuse. We saw different providers than what we were scheduled with were assigned a coordinator that filtered data and upon sharing concerns that we wanted to talk to providers directly as a team we were treated poorly and appointments started to get rescheduled on us. I started looking for a new team after the 2nd sessions and realizing that excuses and inaccuracies seemed to be the norm as well as it was clear my daughter nor I were going to be included into the communication of her plan of care. After our departure from the program almost 2 months later we started to receive bills which had inaccurate insurance data. It took me over 4 months to get her records. Now I have found areas of inaccuracy in her direct records which seem to have lent to inaccurate billing. I have spent over 40 hours in what feels like a battle trying to get the records review them and now I will as requested go on line to request they correct them. I have documented areas of inaccuracy. I expect to have to battle the billing soon thereafter. The CBO office when brought in has gone on record as being confused and sending back through the Neumors team already. We went to Kennedy Krieger in Baltimore MD. It is fabulous Team approach we see the providers as promised no reschedules not 1. Billing and insurance are rolling like clock work. They run an Integrated Pain Management Team and we are in full knowledge of her care. Completely different. Cant reiterate enough the nightmare we are going through with Neumors still 9 months later. I have been shuffled from person to person and it is awful. From patient care to customer service accuracy of records and billing. I truly wish we had never gone and feel the program set my daughter back in her care.
Dr Itkin is amazing he was considerate and tried to explain MANY times to all of my family what he had found during his procedure. I will forever love this place.
Dr. Rellosa told my 8 yr old and I that he doesnt believe in having Lyme for a long period of time and we should see a psychiatrist in the PRESENCE of my daughter. Took her to see someone else who tested her further and got a POSITIVE Lyme test result. Thank God I didnt listen to him and now my daughter has the treatment she needs to get better. He was rude and condescending. I have never been so offended in my life.
All the staff from the Orthopedic Orlando office off of Orange Ave are amazing and sweet. They take the time to make sure my baby is happy and that everything is good.
went there Sunday Dr. told me she only see redness around his ears i continued to tell her he has a bad cough and he is having trouble swallowing she said no that his lungs sound clear and the throat was a little red. Had to take him early morning next day to a regular good hospital to tell me he has Croup he couldnt breath his lungs were tight doing much better for now.
Pay attencion . There are babys con insomnio y no come Pasa horas sin comer y beber. Alguien se lo dice con el ruiditoo par q todo el tiempo esté irritable. A veces como q los delincuentes se lo quitan y es muy saludable. Todos le quieren hcer pruebas de aguante. Qué les pasa?

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
