If zero starts was an option, I would give him that. He refused contact with patient and only after speaking to his superiors did he return calls. He was condescending, not forthcoming with his information and has a serious negative attitude. I was told that he signed off on a patient and felt he didn't need to speak to her or her family. It is hard not to feel that this was elder abuse since his patient was 84 years old. He was not interested in discussing findings and care with patient or family or pursuing future testing. His "bed side manner" was non existing. I hope that he never has a loved one cared for as horribly as he cared this patient

In my emergency heart situation this DR was beyond amazing. He helped save my life. Excellent bedside manner and compassion. If I still lived in PA he would be my go to. Highly recommend.

This guy saved my life on a few occassions. I recommend him over any other dr ive been in contact with.

First meeting. new doctor for me. Walks into the room; "I'm Bob". Now, that could be a new Age act, but it's not. He truly wants to cut out the formality and distance and help you help yourself. Open to and knowledgeable about alternatives to the pharma -only approach. Best move I ever made was finding a Doctor who listens and isn't dogmatically programmed to the past canons regarding heart health. The truth is always being revealed. The edge moves and Bob is flexible and smart enough to go with that fact of life.

I went to the dr. With fast heart beats and he gave a heart motior to wear for three weeks and the electrictrons that you have to use to hook up I ran out of . I calked the office and they told be to call the 1800 number on the case of the montior. The heart montior place said I get from the office. I called the office and they said again that I had to call the number on the case. I didn't want to waste my time going up there for nothing so I stopped wearing it. Staff very un knowledge. Then I had a stress test appointment and twice I got a call saying they needed me to reschedule. So since I had a appointment twice I lost money twice from work. Now after all that I have find a new dr. Dont schedule appointment if you know you can't see people on that day.

I can't believe the other reviewer went to the same doctor as me. Seems like a disgruntled person and shouldn't be threatening to sue in this forum. Dr. Bulgarelli was wonderful. I had a heart arrhythmia that was slowing me down and he worked with me through testing and medication trials to get me back to normal. Nothing but respectful to me and spent time with me during my appt. I didn't feel rushed.

Has no consideration for patients. Seems only interested in money. Seems strange. Has disheveled appearance. Totally unprofessional.
