Dr.Forney and his staff are VERY helpful in getting in to see him as soon as possible when you sick or injured. And VERY ACCOMMODATING for those of us with failing memories and helping to reschedule, He is a lot like my previous doctor and takes time to LISTEN to all your concerns and problems BEFORE prescribing anything as some doctors take a QUICK LOOK 👀 prescribe the most common meds and send you on your way. Dr. Forney check for other drug interactions to make SURE what he is giving you won’t cause problems with CURRENT meds. These are the main reasons I love going there he’s thorough in his exams and in prescribing the correct meds!!

Danielle no longer works there. So all the refills on my prescriptions were canceled and I wasn't notified. I absolutely have had the best experience at FPC of Millersburg. Jessica is amazing and addresses all of my issues/concerns. Her entire staff is very polite, professional and take wonderful care of me whenever I have to be seen! My son is also seen by Jessica and she was wonderful with him as well! They always get back to me in a timely manner and I have zero complaints! (Best bedside manner from all staff as well!)

Recently I asked PFC to forwarded medical records to another facility outside their network. I explained to them the time sensitivity involved. They told me it took time to photocopy the records and mail them out. In this day and age, WHY are they still photocopying records and snail mailing them. They forgot to send my prescription in, so I had to remind them. But let me tell you, I finally have a diagnosis after my previous doctor just brushing my issue off as dry skin. I'm happy that I switched.
