We were seen right away. The waiting area was nice and clean. The receptionist who takes the info wasn’t very friendly idk just seemed like she was agitated we were there. But everyone else was friendly and helpful.

Admin personnel are incompetent. Several people that arrived prior to me were seen first due to slow registration, distractions, and personal discussions between the admins. Unprofessional.

Everytime I have gone here, the staff has been unbelievably rude from the second I walked in, they've misdiagnosed multiple people I have talked to including myself and the staff is the most clueless group of medical professionals I've ever come across.

My son went to this location with flu like symptoms and was immediately acknowledged and checked in, the staff was very engaging. Within 7 minutes he was seen by Dr Lindsey Hyatt, who diagnosed him with Bronchitis, he was given a breathing treatment and a few meds. She explained how these issues come about and had a great report with my son. She treated him with great care, which is something we don't see much anymore! I am very satisfied with our visit!

Ridiculously slow, average of a patient every 30-40 minutes it seems and they don’t have any hand sanitizer in the lobby. That seems bizarre to me that everyone is there due to illness or injury having to use the same pen for everyone to sign with. This area really needs more drop in places for quick things like strep testing.

Nurse practitioner is worthless an mean! I guess there is no such thing In seeking help when sick, I am so sick, she does not care for your health an rudely slams the door to your room an has left me here an never came back to room, I had to call the front office while in the examination room, to ask for someone’s help because I was left in this room Not professional, Horrible experience I hope they find doctors an nurses that want to help!

My daughter had an ear infection. We arrived about 3pm on a Sunday. We're told it would be a long wait because there were 9 people ahead of us. So, we settled in. However, we were done and on our way home in an hour. I didn't think that was bad at all. The staff was efficient and pleasant, and the P.A. was knowledgeable, personable and very kind.

If I could rate this medexpress as a negative I would. They don’t know what they are doing. They refused my daughter and I service because it wouldn’t let them out my card on file but had us sitting in the waiting room for a half hour for NOTHING!!!
