I can’t imagine how Dr. Rust has been rated a 2.5. He is as personable as he is professional. He listens, really listens, to you when you’re in his office. He asks questions, offers his expert advice, and “nicely” requires you to actively participate in your health plan. Most importantly, he provides the essential element I require from my doctor: Trust! I trust him explicitly. I’m not sure what else he could unless he started taking chickens for payment!

Let me start off with you people don’t know what you’re talking about. Dr. William Rust is the best Doctor in Pennsylvania and it is not even close. He is on the Mount Rushmore of Doctors as far as I am concerned. The professionalism and sophistication is something that I have never seen in my years. If anyone has a problem about Dr. Rust they can personally speak with me because he is by far the best doctor I have ever encountered.

This was the worst interaction I have ever had with a medical professional. In fact, he wasn’t professional at all. Dr. Rust was rude, angry and curt. His comments to me were horrible and completely uncaring.
