People in ofc are horrible, rude and unconcerned. I was treated so badly and I have been a patient for many years but after this procedure I am having I am done!! How can people in healthcare be so out of touch with patients who are seeking help. I feel so sorry for all of u and especially sad for Dr Lee and his patients.

Listens, explains, considers the patient's reservations and point of view, makes sure he is understood. Treats patients as possibly intelligent individuals. People are people, not cases to him.. In his presence or on the phone I have never felt like a lump of flesh or an item on a to-do list to be processed and checked off. Bravo!

This review iconcerns your office staff who receive and/or return calls. My mother has been trying to call your office for several days to schedule an appointment and endoscope. She has left several messages and/ or gets disconnected. I started calling for her and the same thing happens and NO one has ever called back. What kind of service is this? Do you know how inefficient your office staff is?

Dr. Glorioso had an excellent beside manner. He spent 30 minutes with me explaining different things. I have to say it was the best visit to a doctor that I ever had. The office staff also was very nice and the office seem to be run very efficiently.
