Justin Zenner's Online Review Report Card

Had rotator cuff surgery and Was very pleased with the results! Awesome surgeon and great in explaining surgery and outcome. Very likeable personality!

Dr. Zenner was kind and seemed like a good doctor, but his office is not very well organized. He order a Lyme disease test and I never heard back about the result. I checked the online portal and found that I actually tested positive for Lyme disease, without ever being told by Dr. Zenner or his staff. This is probably more on the staff than Dr. Zenner, but it's a serious lapse in responsibility nonetheless. It would be very bad for elderly patients who don't know how to use online portals on their computer — they could test positive for a disease and never know it. Because he is such a friendly guy, I would be willing to give Dr. Zenner the benefit of the doubt and go back to him again, but be careful if you aren't good with online portals.

I have been seeing Dr. Zenner for several years and I highly recommend. I don't do well with Dr.'s but he puts you at ease, talks to you like your a person and not a number. He is a very caring, compassionate person and gives you options and explains the options.

So friendly, he certainly put my client at ease and did a great job of earning her trust.

I couldn't ask for any better staff. The girls behind the counter are so sweet. And oh Dr.Zenner himself is a sweetheart!! He's the kind of doctor you look forward to going to despite your condition. Bedside manor, couldnt ask for any better. Very knowlegable, describes what is going on , in my shoulder for instance, not in doctors terminology but ours. Even referred me for further testing due to his professional concern! Love him!

The only thing I didn't like about this practice is there is no reception staff available in the waiting area. The office staff is behind a closed window with instructions not to knock on window. I don't think its too much to expect to speak to a receptionist. This practice really should revise this policy. Other than that, Dr Jenner is excellent.

Dr. Zenner is a great doctor who makes you feel comfortable when you are worrying. He was great talking to my child and making her understand. He has a great bedside manner and very professional and friendly.
