Suggested that chronic symptoms of post nasal drip and cough were a "habit" rather than actual symptoms. He became combative when questioned - no interest at all in determining cause of symptoms, just wanted to prescribed steriods.

Did not feel that this Doctor met any of my standards of care. Nice man, but did not listen to any of my symptoms and brushed me off for a follow up in three months. Unimpressed and will be going back to UPMC.

Dr. Felder was rushed and did not listen. Gave a prescription and seemed very non- interested. Would not gio back.

Dr Felder was great! He explained the procedure to us in the simplest terms possible, gave detailed instruction for after care, very gentle and calm during eval of my daughter in turn made her calmer and she really liked him. The surgery center was amazing as well

I couldn't agree less about the head scheduler. She is phenomenal. Pleasant, accommodating, thorough, and very friendly. I had such a great experience with her and remembered reading a bad review, so was shocked at how great she was.

Dr. Felder listened to my problem and was very patient in helping me. The office had good service and everything ran smoothly. Everyone there is friendly and eager to help. Lovely experience and would definitely recommend him for both adults and children.
