Dr. Scheel is meticulous with his technique. My knee was a disaster from arthritis. I’m only one month out from surgery, but already feel 100 times better. One of the most intelligent people I have ever met. I trust him completely!

I went to Dr. Scheel with sever pain in my leg. He did an X-Ray and ordered blood work and an MRI. I had both done within 24 hours. It is now a week and a half later and I can not even talk to someone in the office to attempt to get the results or an appointment. I am still in sever pain. I can't answer all the questions because I can't get any followup from the office.

Dr. Scheel and his staff are simply the absolute best. He is extremely competent, attentive, and patiently explains in detail the hows, whys, and whats. He was willing to move the world in making every accommodation to being certain I was getting the medical care I needed. The results of the two total hip replacement surgeries I had this year are simply amazing and have restored my life to me. 25 days after second surgery and I have not felt this wonderful in many, many years!

Dr. Scheel repaired three separate injuries in one year for me, one being fairly severe. He was one of the most attentive doctors I have ever dealt with, and patiently explained every part of each procedure and answered every question without fail. All surgeries he performed went as advised, repaired the injuries and I healed very well. He and his staff treat you as a person, not just a patient. Wonderful, just wonderful! I will always return here as long as he is an active doctor.

Dr. Scheel is wonderful. Supremely competent and confident in what he does, and it is apparent that he really enjoys his work. Acting as though he has all the time in the world, he sits to listen to questions (even the billion I had), fully answers every question and gives answers to question I didn't even know I had. He is patient, caring and compassionate. His hospital is private and small (15 bed, I think). I visited the hospital for a minor procedure four months after my surgery and was greeted by many staff who remembered me as a person as well as small details about me and my care. The staff went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable.

Extremely caring and an overall great guy. Excellent physician. I have great respect for his honesty and surgical skills. I coul barely walk when I met him and now I am back to my life. Although I have likely permanent limitations, Dr. Scheel has made it as good as it will likely ever be. I am also in healthcare and I am very hard to impress, but I will never go to another surgeon. I have a chronic issue that damages my joints and Dr. Scheel is the only guy for the job. I highly recommend him, first for his skill but equally for who he is as a person. He will always treat you with caring aand respect.
